This is a direct memo from Harvey Green, former President of Marcus & Millichap, that was sent to a handful of brokers nationwide for the purpose of mapping out the DNA of brokers. Essentially, a psychometric analytics assessment of brokers who demonstrate sales success traits in brokerage.
The item below is an invite presented to me for the Sperry Van Ness awards banquet in 2000, which was given for top performers.

This is an example of a 4x6 customized color postcard for a listing. I used these postcards religiously during my 5 years of brokerage. I talk about this deal, the Ralphs Shopping Center, extensively in the book.
The following are a serious of business cards I've had, starting with Marcus & Millichap, Sperry Van Ness and lastly, Potter Equities. Also pictured is my Dad's business card, Quik Realty, which he closed shop in 1995 after 30 years in the business.
